Please note the following:

Before shipping your order, we require
1. a signed and completed renter's agreement which is available on our website, for rentals only
2. Full payment or a school purchase order. We also accept credit cards. Please call or fax the office with your credit card information.
3. A credit card on file for security deposit.
The minimum order is $100 per order for rentals & there is no minimum order for sale items.
Returns must be made within seven days of receipt of the order for store credit only. A 10% restocking fee may be charged.
We have a general sizing chart for adult sizes. We cannot guarantee that these measurements will work for all cosutmes since our costumes come from many different manufacturers. Click here to view our sizing chart
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer must clean all costumes before return.
Costume Rentals are for a one month period. If a longer rental period is needed, the customer must reserve this additional time in advance. Each additional week is $3 per costume.
